It is the time of transformation. Are you taking good care of yourself? In this time now, it is very important to take good care of yourself. Do exercises to ground yourself. Pause several times during the day. Take a deep breath to connect with yourself and feel whether you are still in your center. Being in the here and now is more important today than ever before. Please take good care of yourself.

Observe your breathing when you go into meditation once or twice a day. Meditate in silence if possible. If it is not so easy for you to do so, just be in the moment and feel in your lower abdomen and the soles of your feet. Say several times in your thoughts: "I am loved and I trust."
